JTM Kids*Adults will gladly accept submissions.

1. You may complete the below form. Please make sure to complete all required information, including the submission of one photo, preferably a smiling headshot (doesn’t need to be professional).
2. Interviews are by appointment only. We do not accept walk-ins.
3. We receive many requests and will contact you ONLY if we are interested in arranging an interview. If we do not respond, please feel free to resubmit in 6 months, and not before, as our needs are ever-changing.
4. Please do not call the office to ask if your submission was received. You will be given a confirmation that your request was successfully delivered when you send it.
5. You may also choose to submit by USPS mail. The address can be found on our contact page.
